Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. All original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition received.
How To Request A Return
Contact us at support@gilviro.co.uk with your order number. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide full return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact customer service at support@gilviro.co.uk for assistance and instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
If you experience any issues or delays, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@gilviro.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at support@gilviro.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
